David Kouame Zaucyn is a graduate in Fundamental Private Law from Felix Houphouët Boigny University of Abidjan. Fellow of the American Programme (YALI) where he obtained a certification in Public Management and Leadership, he joined PAUWES for a Masters of Science in Energy Policy.
Joining PAUWES with his obvious desire of making the ‘’Africa We Want’’ has allowed him to better his knowledge and passion for energy policy and law. His current research focuses on the favourable legal and regulatory environment for renewable energy development in Africa.
David Kouamé has done his career and research internships at Alpha Omega Green in Montpellier / France as Energy Law and Policy Analyst. He has participated in many projects and international trips on diverse topics such as the Global Festival of Action for Sustainable Development (Bonn /Germany), Global Citizenship and Human Rights (Nabeul / Tunisia), 100years of the WW1 (Berlin/Germany) and will take part to the Summer Institute on Sustainability and Energy (Chicago/USA). He has also been a leader at several national and international institutions including the Student Energy Chapter (Algeria). David has the will to pursue a PhD and become a Barrister, consultant in energy policy and law.
