My duties and Responsibilities are: •Monitor the field activities based on project implementation plan through ADRA monitoring and evaluation tools. •Assist to developing operational monitoring tools (checklist, questionnaires, databases, interview and survey forms, etc.) •Monthly data collection, data entry & data analysis based on project requirements with ensuring from data accuracy and reliability. •Provide timely inputs for new initiatives and improvements on M&E issues to the management team. •Participate in the project’s quality, implementation, particularly through identifying weaknesses and strengths in ADRA M&E issues and report to the management team. •Participate in the evaluation of the project’s results and achievements. •Actively collaborate with M/E Officer and provide inputs to develop databases on project activities and assist to updating regularly the database according to the project requirements •Actively participate to project implementation & coordination meetings. •Assist to developing technical concepts, guidelines, manuals, procedures, concept papers on M&E issues upon request of the management team. •Provide inputs to project reports and publications upon request of the management team. •Prepare weekly/monthly schedule of monitoring and evaluation related activities. •Provide M&E verbal and written reports on a weekly basis to the management team • Assist to maintaining a clear and transparent filing system •Any other duties assigned by the managers

Duties and responsibilities • Responsible overall management and guidance ongoing activities at the field level • Participate for project beneficiaries selection process • Responsible to train the beneficiaries of Village Saving Loan Association (VSLA) • Facilitate income generation trainings and provide continuous guidance for the project beneficiaries • Ensure proper controlling and supervising for daily project activities in field level • Facilitate entrepreneur skill training, Leadership and Household budget management, beekeeping, tailoring and solar vocational trainings. • Regular monitoring and evaluation of the project • Collect information from the project sites analysis and submit to the project manager. • Responsible to prepare monthly report and present to project manager and regional representative • Provision of technical support and guidance to the project beneficiaries • Participate project meetings and workshops • Contribute project input for the future improvement • Generate quarterly progress report of project assigned area and submit to the project manager • Develop good relationship with the local authority, beneficiaries and community at large • Any Other Assignments as required

I worked nearly two years in Himilo Secondary School as Physio-maths teacher. The school was private school located in Baarsiigo village in Burao and the education is based on Somaliland syllabus. I instructed these two subjects’ for four upper secondary classes. Similarly, I was intermediate mathematics teacher in Smart Primary & Secondary School. The students in the school developed and well understood theoretical and practical sessions of the subjects. I have improved the discipline, I have guided them to adapt their surroundings and perform things in a positive manner.
