In charge of asset performance optimization and operational excellence of the equipment in the manufacturing process. Achievements as packaging planner were: -Planned, sourced and managed spare parts inventory to overhaul packaging equipment -Supported procurement by providing technical details to suppliers and responding to suppliers' queries and concerns. -Routined planning of preventive and corrective maintenance as well as periodic inspection. -Successfully developed service level agreements (SLA) with production and quality departments to ensure coherence between maintenance and production operations. -Formulated and implemented standard operation procedures (SOP's) for manufacturing processes. -Successfully coordinated the "improvement task force project" to improve machine performance by 10% in 12 weeks. -Supported the asset care manager and packaging engineer in strategic planning and execution.
