Margaret Sima Kironde, is a young professional with four (4) years’ experience in project coordination and management, project design and implementation, Monitoring and evaluation, resources mobilization including proposal writing, developing partnership and networking with relevant partners, managing budgets and work plans, capacity building, also experienced in environmental Management, water resources management, analyzing water policies, climate change and justice and community development.
I am a recent graduate with a Master of Science in Water Policy at Pan African University Institute of Water and Energy Sciences in Algeria. I have a background of Bachelors of Envrionmental Science and Management degree from Ardhi University in Tanzania. Currently, I am a research intern at African Water Association (AfWA). My role is to analyze how policies and management systems have impacts on water quality service delivery in Africa.
I worked as a Program Coordinator for Young Women’s Christian Association of Tanzania, I acquired a wide range of skills including leadership, communication skills and networking skills.
I have interests in promoting and contributing to Agenda 2063 and SDGs through advocating for good policies and proper interventions that can contribute to Integrated Water Resource Management in Africa in the face of climate change
