The event will discuss the status of open access, open data and open education in Africa. It will address the importance of open access, open data and open education in research and development in PAUWES and the University of Tlemcen. We will teach our participants about community development and how researchers can leverage the power of open access to carry out a high impact research. It will connect the students in PAUWES and the University of Tlemcen to the academics that are working on the same research interest. We plan to have open discussion section on the opportunities and the future of graduate research in Africa.
