      Yalelo is one of the largest aquaculture companies in Zambia practicing mariculture. As a processing engineer, i worked directly under the supervision of the Lake Operations Manager in planning and developing harvest operations and fish processing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure a fast-track movement of commodity from the lake to the processing plant, which was basically value chain management. Other responsibilities included managing a project of the construction of a dyke as an artificial extension of an existing harbor and the supervision of the retrofitting works of the processing plant were i also conducted Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Equally important, i conducted research on commendable machinery for harvest and fish processing operations and recommended equipment were necessary for the improvement of operation efficiencies.

      Aleng Engineering is a consultancy firm in Zambia that was subcontracted by AURECON group for the supervision of the construction of the 132/11kV Waterworks substation in Lusaka under the Lusaka Transmission and Distribution Rehabilitation Projects (LTDRP) by ZESCO. I worked under the supervision of the Project Manager and the site engineer. My main responsibilities included; assisting the site engineer on the contractor's compliance to the consultants specifications and guidelines on both civil and electrical equipment as well as scheduled works. Works included; the construction of transformer foundations and pylon plinths, earth mat laying, construction of the switch room and control building
