    • Evelyn Kabasingwa is a self-driven, conscientious and dynamic individual with well-honed inter-personal skills. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree with Education in English Language and Computer from Bugema University, Uganda.

      Prior to joining PAUWES, she was pursuing an MSc. in Mass Communication at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Kigali Campus.

      Evelyn served several organisations including Uganda Rural Development and Training Programme, Rwanda Education Board as a Senior Mentor and Rwanda Girls Initiative under Global Give Back Circle, an initiative for empowering girls for political positions.

      She interned with Electricity Regulatory Authority in Uganda, an agency which licences and regulates the generation, transmission, distribution and exportation of electricity. At PAUWES, she served as a Community of Practice co-leader and was an active member of other clubs which saw her refine her soft and career skills needed for her future profession.

      Evelyn aspires to pursue a PhD in Green Energy Technologies. She is enthusiastic about rural transformation and sustainable development in Africa, which she anticipates to achieve through policy advocacy.
