      Each team member had activities, based on the following objectives (i) appraise and design the component objectives, its activities and how they link to the PDOs; (ii) estimate and agree on costing, and financing plan for activities of each component; (iii) Design and agree on component implementation, procurement, and disbursement plans along with institutional framework and skills for implementation by component; (iv) Design and agree on a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) system and plan with indicators of performance. - Ougfaly Badji lead and coordinate all team efforts while concentrating on Components (Prepare the chapter Strategic Context and Rationale, Prepare Lessons Learnt, Alternatives considered for and Reasons for Rejection, Procurement Arrangements, IDB Monitoring and Implementation Support Plan, Critical Risk and possible Controversial Aspects, Compile all the Annexes etc.). - Soule Sow was responsible for the performing project costing, viability, and financial sustainability Analysis. - The Procurement Specialist was responsible for the preparation of procurement packages and related issues - Gender Specialist was handling all genders aspects related to project activities - Climate Change specialist ensured the project components are in line with agriculture and climate resilience and related activities - M. Ramadan and M. Frank was responsible in combining solar water pumping aspect and efficient water use in relation to production activities to the beneficiaries.
