A Pan African University Scholar, Sibomana graduated with a Master of Science degree in Energy (2018). He also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in App.Phys.Renewable Energy. He is passionate about improving energy access and has worked on multiple research projects centred around this issue with a strong focus on governing policies. He is an entrepreneurial and commercially astute, he has had the privilege to lead teams of professionals with diverse backgrounds in operations, strategy and planning. He consistently demonstrates a can-do attitude and embraces tough challenges with energy and enthusiasm. He is zealous about learning new insights and has attended different courses and training over the past 12 years across a number of sectors in Rwanda, Senegal, Algeria, Germany and Italy.
